- We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9 am – 6 pm CT). Messages received over the weekend or on US holidays are answered the next business day.
- Once your order ships, the tracking link arrives via email. Orders placed before 2 pm CT generally ship the same day; transit averages 3–5 business days within the US. You can also sign into your account to see status and prior orders.
- Email support@tidalpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We review every claim and will replace or refund verified fulfillment errors and transit damage. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.
- Every product page links the COA for the current batch — you can open the PDF before you order. The certificate lists the compound, lot number, test methods (HPLC, LC-MS), purity percentage, and mass match versus theoretical molecular weight. If you can't find a COA for a batch you've already received, send us the lot number and we'll pull the file.
- Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically at quantities of 3, 5, and 10 per variant. For larger orders, custom blends, or wholesale terms, email support@tidalpeptides.com with the compound, target quantity, and intended cadence. We respond with a custom quote within 24–48 hours.
- We accept three payment methods at checkout: credit/debit card, ACH / eCheck, and crypto. Each runs through a different processor with different timelines:
- Card — authorizes immediately. If your bank declines, the most common cause is the high-risk merchant category; try a second card or switch to ACH/crypto.
- ACH / eCheck — clears in 1–3 business days. Your order is reserved on submission and ships once funds settle.
- Crypto — order ships once the network confirms the payment. Confirmations vary by chain (typically minutes for Solana or USDC, longer for BTC).
- We can share what's on the bench, link to references, and answer questions about purity, batch history, or analytical specs. We can't provide research design, dosing, or therapeutic guidance — products are for in-vitro and laboratory research only and we don't make claims about applications.
