Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

• Verified fulfillment error on our part
• Product damaged in transit with documented evidence
• Order not delivered due to a confirmed carrier issue

All claims are reviewed individually to ensure fair and consistent resolution.

Refund Mechanics by Payment Method

When a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method:

• Card refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• ACH / eCheck refunds are returned through Green.Money and typically settle in 1–3 business days after we authorize the reversal.
• Crypto refunds are paid back to your originating wallet via NOWPayments. Crypto refunds are paid at the prevailing conversion rate at the time the refund is issued, not the rate at the time of purchase— exchange-rate movement between the original transaction and the refund is not reimbursed.

Non-Eligible Items

We are unable to replace or refund items that:

• Have been opened or used
• Were not reported within the required timeframe
• Were stored or handled improperly
• Were returned without prior written authorization
