Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed before 2 pm CT on a business day generally ship the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ACH and crypto payments ship once funds settle or the network confirms the transaction. See our Payment Methods section for per-method timelines.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier handling. On average, orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

In rare cases, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, as transit times may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or logistical disruptions.

Tidal Peptides is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier, but we are happy to assist with tracking or carrier inquiries when possible.

Storage on Receipt

Lyophilized vials ship at ambient temperature and remain stable in transit. On receipt, refrigerate (2–8 °C) for short-term storage or freeze for long-term. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the window noted on the COA.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to a reshipment fee.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. Each case is reviewed individually, and reshipments or resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
